Famous as the main location for the TV-series “Ein Schloss am Wörthersee”, the Schloss Velden is one of the most prestigious hotels around the Wörthersee. Originally erected in 1590 and burned 1762, it was rebuild to a hotel in 1890 after the original plans. After massive renovation in 2003, the hotel reopen in 2007.
